Our programme for this festival will feature our soprano Judit Molnar as soloist for JS Bach’s rarely heard “Wedding” Cantata BWV 210. A lyrical work with a touch of satire discusses how even the gift of music can interrupt the quiet solitude yearned for by newly-weds. We will also present JS Bach’s Violin Sonata in G BWV 1021 and aria “Mein gläubiges Herze” from Cantata No 68.
